Had a great 2-night stay from the moment I checked-in. the food was great. - the staff were very helpful and caring. - the hotel's location is beautiful and fantastic, right next to State Highway 4. - Close to a restaurant in the evening, hiking trails, mountains, and the National Park town center.

It was spotless, neat and in toilet or bathroom. I had a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator. The location was beautiful, in National park, convenient to go everywhere. Moreover, it was near to State Highway, local tavern, and 4 square.

The staff were easygoing and caring, which was a bonus. the setting was fantastic, being so close to the National Park town center, mountains, hiking trails, and only 3 km away from Mt Ruapehu.
